7 days workshop was held at IPS Leh where SNE Teachers + IPS K.G Trs took part.. The aim of the workshop was PAIR and SHARE. Teachers were involved in ice breaking activities, importance of FLN was introduced, various classroom activities were performed, few energizers & calmers were also introduced, self efficacy, interaction on teaching pedagogy was also done & classroom management. The workshop ended up on a good note where Teachers were Elated and motivated.
